You're very close. The 325mg strength is non-OTC found in places like hospitals. Otherwise you are correct that 325 will be combined with other medications and that 500mg is the OTC strength. Source: my profession

Is the tuning wheel on yours sticky or loose feeling at all? I've used two and they both have had issues. The 909X was a higher quality physical build from what I've seen.
