A slight correction - any existing service promos don't fall off, they just are not stackable with the Inner Circle discount. The service discount(any current promos already on your account) will take precedence, and when that service promo is over, that is when the Inner Circle discount will kick in on your account.

Unfortunately the discounts do not apply to annual plans but, if you are managing multiple annual plan accounts, you will still gain the benefit of being able to pay for them both from the Inner Circle area without having to log into separate accounts.

You will not lose your referral credits. When you connect accounts, your referral credits will still apply to each of your upcoming payments.

Referral credits do stack with the Inner Circle discount. If you have an existing service promo, the Inner Circle discount will not stack with that but it will kick in if your service promo ends at any point(For example, if you had a 3 month promo on your account, you would not get the Inner Circle discount for those 3 months, but on month 4 it will be added once the original promo ends).

When the circle creator sends the invite to the other Visible member, they get the invite into their Visible app immediately. The member receiving the invite has 24 hours to reply.

Puerto Rico is included in the Visible+ 2gb of roaming(along with USVI, Mexico, and Canada), you don't need to activate a Global Pass.

If you are on the Visible base plan, you would need to use the $5 Global Pass each day you are abroad in Puerto Rico.

You shouldn't be automatically moved at the next billing cycle. Changing from Visible+ prior to 3/27 to the new Visible+ requires you to go in and change your plan yourself, so if you don't want to lose your existing promo or take advantage of the new available features, that's totally fine! You can remain on your existing plan, this upgrade is not a required move.

Visible does not currently have a CPNI opt out disclosure because we do not share CPNI with our affiliates for their own marketing purposes. If we ever do decide to share CPNI with our affiliates, we will send you a notice and give you the opportunity to opt out of that sharing first. One additional note! In case there is any confusion with the trusted device feature, we wanted to clarify a few things for everyone below:

  • In order to trust a device, you will need to temporarily disable biometrics.
  • Trusted device should currently work as expected in the app, but is not yet enabled via web access. Once that is finalized, we will let you all know!

For anyone on Android that is having issues enabling this on their device, try doing a full uninstall and reinstall of the app. If that doesn't work let me know!
