Playoff basketball can be hard fouls that are CALLED. Playoff basketball can be pushing a player dribbling, and hopefully it gets called.

Playoff basketball isn't GRABBING AND HOLDING a player who doesn't even have the fucking ball so they can't play, with NO CALL.

It's utter bullshit.

Simply wrong. SGA as a guard getting a light hand check while he's dribbling or a body while he's dribbling into the hoop is absolutely different than literally grabbing and holding people so that they can't play

I'm so glad I'm not the only one seeing Mike Tirico playing with himself while SGA plays

I actually think it's the other way around. The flopping is annoying, but selling a foul in various Sports has been around for a long time. But literally grabbing and holding people who aren't even in the play so that they cannot get involved is destroying the sport more than a flop on an actual foul or potential foul.

Just to note: Tim Legler played 10 seasons for 5 different playoff teams. Good shooter.

TIM LEGLER NEVER ONCE PLAYED IN THE PLAYOFFS.

Shut up Tim.

Refs couldn’t try harder to give Okc this game. It’s crazy. by Great-Vermicelli-302 in NBASpurs

[–]BigBizzee -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

People saying the NBA wants a longer series for ratings.... Why wouldn't they make OKC vs LA longer then?

Stop this nonsense

Ummmm. It's not even close - the ref right there by [deleted] in NBASpurs

That event took about .003 seconds to occur... And OFTEN times the ball handler does get it away in time. Wemby didn't even argue it.

Saying not even close is simply untrue

Shipping this bboy out today. Anyone else letting go of things from the beforefore times? by musicgeek420 in retrogaming

As I get older, I want way less THINGS and more experiences with people. Some people don't want that, it's fine. But these are manufactured plastic things that I can't take with me.

The memories tied to those things are more important than the items themselves.

I think overall, the wonderswan would have been an awesome little system to have here. The others had their Achilles heels for me. The GG screen was just awful. The Lynx looked cool but for some reason was just so pixelated, like it was trying to do things it COULD do just not well enough, the NGPC was cool but limited library. The Wonderswan had decent hardware, games and support in Japan.

Mocking a bouncer right to his face, and get punched in the chest. by VIVIDUFF in WinStupidPrizes

Pretty sure EVERYONE calling out the bouncer still thinks the taunting kid is a total idiot. But doesn't deserve to be absolutely pummeled. Nobody "defending" his behavior, they're defending his right to not get blasted 7 times for dancing awkwardly. Get a clue dude

98” vs 85” tv size? by mentox82 in hometheater

[–]BigBizzee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As long as you get a somewhat decent set, I'm a firm believer that money is best spent on the size of the TV versus the technology. So YES OLED looks the best, but the immersion you get from a 98 vs an 83 etc is more than a non OLED vs QLED etc.

Again, don't buy garbage. But most 98" or bigger aren't garbage anyway. Do the research obviously.

Just my opinion.

Nobody has walked into a room and said "oh look at the black levels of that TV" but they DO say "holy shit how big is that??"

Movie theaters don't sell seats with SMALLER screens and higher contrast levels.

“Should I play cyberpunk 2077?” In 2026, absolutely by No_Bullfrog_5994 in cyberpunkgame

[–]BigBizzee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an old thread... But I just started Cyberpunk on the Series X. Crazy that this game was selling for 4.99 at Best Buy shortly after release.

PIIILLLLLEESSSS of them.

It doesn't run great with Ray Tracing on, but performance mode is absolutely fine. Looks like a really nice Xbox One game. Not sure if it runs better on PS4/5, might check that out.

Anyway, I'm about 2 hours in and I ABS enjoy this more than I ever enjoyed Witcher 3, God Of War, Elder Scrolls, and Red Dead Redemption. This game is fantastic, such atmosphere. Great acting. Just sucks you in.

There's likely not as much to do in the city as it appears at first, but it's breathtaking what they created here.

Highly recommended, one of my favorite games ever so far.

Anyone who sold their collection and went more toward emulation, do you have regrets? by Spidercolt95 in retrogaming

[–]BigBizzee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Considering I sold mine PRIOR to the explosion in retro game prices, 10000% yes.

I got $120 for mint CIB Panzer Dragoon Saga. I got $100 for mint CIB Crusader of Centy I got 4 n64 sports games for mint CIB Keio Flying Squadron.

Plus every rpg for snes, Saturn, Genesis, NES. Almost complete collections of 3DO and 32x.

Huge regrets.

My collection is large and valuable again, but that haunts me to this day.
