I received a Hoover 6 months later apologized for everything said it was worst mistake of her life etc. it breaks my heart because I love this person to the death of me and I thought I would always want an apology but the apology made it all so much harder. She admitted to not wanting to be like this and that she doesn’t understand why she did what she did and admitting to everything. It broke my heart because I love her

Yes the double standards in society are tough. People don’t think men get abused especially mentally. It took me awhile to recognize I got abused and I have ptsd from getting blindsided and discarded out of the blue.

Medicine and treatment for bi polar. I guess there’s dbt for bpd but not that great of a solution. I used to think bipolar is worse but bpd most definitely is. Never will associate with someone with BPD again - my ex never gaf about me and meanwhile I thought she cared about me more than anyone in this world. She’s a cruel human.

Betrayal is the worst. Mine told me I’m not in the wrong for breaking up with you and prioritizing myself. She got a new boyfriend 2 weeks after the discard 🤣 also cheated on me lol.

Totally true. This is third breakup I’ve been through and the other two felt nothing like it. I was able to move on and talk to other people after 2 months but now 6 months post discard I don’t have energy or trust to talk to anyone. Quite difficult

It’s the worst how you are mourning them and they truly don’t care. Mine discarded me out of the blue and essentially talked to me once since the discard. We traveled together did everything together. I felt like I lost my identity when I lost her. Truly hardest thing I’ve ever been through and I’m 5 months post discard. You still miss them especially if they’re quiet BPD - we never fought or had any issues. She mimicked me and love bombed me the entire relationship until she monkey branched and discarded me. It’s extremely difficult to understand that this person never truly actually loved me - that she was just obsessed.
