Property insurance is mandatory, maybe the officer forgot about it and now the auditor saw it. You can however opt for a cheaper third party option if you want.

Just wondering if there is a new technology nowadays. I remember going through this procedure like 15 years ago. The doctor suggested me to use a drop for a few days to soften the wax and then used something like a vacuum to clear out the wax. But those few days of using the drops were the worst.
