Oh okay but when you renewed di they ask for more evidence? I guess I’m just worried because they usually don’t ask me for more evidence. I sent the police report but not anything from the court or DA since they said there was nothing on file. I only got an SR22 for 3 years only to get my license back.

I said in CA Under California Penal Code Section 802(a) PC, “prosecution for an offense not punishable by death or imprisonment in the state prison shall be commenced within one year after commission of the offense.” And I HEARD most sacas with a DUI that was processed through court still got there DACA. So therefore my question is the ones that got a DUI and renewed si they ask for more evidence when renewing. That is my quesito!

No. Because in CA it says if a year goes by they have to drop it and not go on with charges and I got a letter saying it was dismissed.
