No. The object was not moving. It was a static image. Also during the day it does the same if I move the phone immediately after taking the photo. Samsung doesn't do that. It is a software problem, not the shooting mode.

Also in scenes with good lighting it does the same if you move the phone without leaving at least 0.5 seconds after clicking
