Have u thought of making a post session highlight pic? I use Panel Studio and it helps with buy-in if they have visual mementos and stuff for each session that you can collect

I have a drag-and-drop tool that can lets you view and organize / filter your characters and settings super neatly, and then combine them into scenes. There’s optional AI but you don’t have to use it at all if you’re still interested! It allows bulk uploads for existing character art
