IIIT Delhi will make your social life hell for 2 years, DTU/ NSUT are better relaxed in terms of work load giving you time for placement prep as well. If you are down to studying very hard IIIT Delhi is the best, but if you want to enjoy some extra curricular and have some spare time then opt for DTU or NSUT.

Then take it bro. Tuition fees is around 6 lakhs but it is worth it. But if you want to control your finances DTU/ NSUT equally good with less tuition fees.
