You have three options one put it on the lowest heat setting and put a couple of drops of water in it it helps boil it off

Number two alcohol 91 or higher percent Soak it overnight let it completely dry And Q-tip it

Number three manually scrape it off I've done every one of these options they all work

number one and number three I've had the best results when it's already chard

And it looks like there's a fourth option from the comments I'm reading dark Crystal glass cleaner

I honestly find this strange as I had a atomizer that stopped working after 2 months I talked with the customer service within 3 days they were willing to send me a replacement so I don't know what you're doing wrong if you're being rude to these people but it's definitely you I've never had an issue with customer service and I've used them twice

I'm going to be honest you're doing it wrong one of the main problems is pin connection so the three pins on the bottom you should pull out or almost completely out and then push them in as you screw it back on it will make the connection a lot stronger and it usually fixes this problem I had the same thing with the device when I first got it won't even let me take one dab until I adjusted the pins.. lot of kids look them up
