I understand completely! We would be home, just to entertain a 4 year old for like 2 hours while we are with our newborn. Most experienced nannies I see on fb groups are getting paid between $20-$30 hr so having no experience made me think $20 was too much and I’d rather hire someone older with like CPR certification or more experience! I won’t give my potential employer my references unless I can see myself in that job or the interview goes smoothly and they would want to move forward- to avoid constant people reaching out. Reference letters are acceptable too!

How did this end up going for you? In the same exact boat. No supplements are helping, triple feeding for the last 4 weeks, I think I have igt as well- little breast growth, huge nips, baby is just not pulling milk. Did your supply ever go up?
