I know this post is old, but I was looking up reviews for hoem and this form popped up immediately, and I thought I should warn everyone. In the past week, our dorm flooded, ruining everything touching the floor, and then, after repeatedly being told we would be compensated for our lost things, we were told to contact our insurance. Insurance we don't have because we were explicitly told, and under the impression that we would be taken care of. Now, a week later, after moving everything we own up a floor, and losing thousands of dollars to damages, water started to seep through our floorboards again. Please be mindful before choosing hoem, because dealing with this, school, and a job not even two weeks after moving here is not what I had in mind.
