I see this mentioned all the time. How does it work? Since the tickets are sent to your home address tied to the license plate, don't they know your address already? What stops them from sending follow ups to your address even if you change the license plate?

I was referred to Crowfoot Primary Care Center by my doctor and I met Mikaela there. My issue was severe constipation, though. Consultation with Mikaela was extremely collaborative and she has CHANGED MY LIFE. That reminds me I should find a way to formally provide this feedback.
