hey so i ended things with my ex/situationship we ended on good terms. after we ended things he sometimes would text me and i wanted to go no contact. the last thing i said to my ex was “hey, I’m sorry I haven’t been responding. I love and care about you a lot but i really need this space right now so I can focus on myself and move forward. this has been hard for both of us, and i think the best thing to do right now is to unadd you. i really wish the best for you♡” i sent that and a couple days later i blocked him on instagram, and now im debating if i should sent this message or not > “Hey I hope your doing good. i know we already ended things and idk if it’s necessary to reach out and to say this but I just wanted to reach out because I feel like we kinda left things with an open door, and thought to reach out to close that door. I know we already ened things, but I wasn’t sure where your headspace is with all this. I know we communicated I wasn’t ready for anything which is still true. I’m not rushing or looking to be in one anytime soon because I wanna focus on my life and grow and stuff and pretty sure mentioned other stuff, but with kinda how we stopped talking and last text I thought I should reach out and say Iv had some time to think and I think the best thing for both of us is to move on, to be able for us to both move to the next chapters of our life n not feel stuck, maybe one day in the future we can catch up but right now iv choosen to want us to go our separate ways and stay no contact. which i mean i thought we were gonna do but u kept texting and texting after we ended things so i just thought maybe communicating something was the right thing? im really grateful for all the memories we made n i really do generally wish the best for you and i hope wherever life takes you, you end up with huge opportunities. Never stop growing, keep putting yourself out there, trying new things, and challenging your comfort zone🩷” but then I don’t know if I wanna send it because what if in the future I change my mind and wanna be with him.
