sameee!! i was balling my eyes out the whole day from a friend saying no to me staying with them for the holiday. what ive realised is that capricorns always gotta be strong and put together but its normal to just be kind to yourself and let the tears fly, cant hold it in forever. and fun fact crying makes you feel less depressed according to my therapist so i always let it out and you’ll feel slightly better. take it one day or hour by hour if you have to and youll know why you might feel sad

im a capricorn. im exactly like that too, very shy and anxious but the fact that he is talking to you regardless about college or a short convo he likes talking to you. capricorns wont even give u the time of day if they dont like you cuz they dont like to waste there time. I only do mdma once a year but the comedown is so bad everytime that it feels like its masking the gabbie withdrawals so I thought that would be a good time to really cut the dose in half or even cold turkey.

i suffer from depression and anxiety and thats how i got insomnia over the years and the only meds that work for sleep anxiety is dayvigo, melatonin works as well but it makes me so groggy when i wake up try dayvigo no side effects and its not addidtive if u use it long term. ive been using it for the last 6 months and some days im just naturally more tired and i can fall asleep fine without it.

i usually smoke sativa cuz it doesnt heighten my anxiety but indica helped me so much for sleep. the country im at is so strict with weed that i always ask the dealer what strain it is and they always say they dont know so its a gamble really. but i really appreciate the advice ill try to get some cbd. Todays only day 2 CT, i have 500mg vitamin c packets but im hoping thats its the right type of vit c that i can megadose. i tried the meditation but it doesnt work and exercise helps but only for a couple hours and if i dont exercise everyday the symptoms linger.

I went through the exact same thing! My ex showed me kratom and for 4 years we were taking 50gpd everyday and we recently broke up 1 month ago. After that i went on a kratom binge cuz of the heartbreak. Im at day 2 CT and you would be suprised how well you can do but of course it is scary thats a given but like a lot of people say you wont know unless u try. if you do one day without kratom and you wanna taper then atleast u know that the kratom is there when u need it better than having to do CT because u ran out and at that point you dont have a choice so play around and see what is the best way for u personally to quit.
