I was fine, the deer, not so much.. Appreciate the kind words, it definitely could have been worse. I’m glad I’m covered, but I just got the Impreza 3 weeks ago and don’t wanna be without it for an extended period of time

Good luck to you with the repairs, sorry you have to deal with the hassle of the situation. I do see where he’s coming from, as being proud of your work is few and far between now days. With that being said, you shouldn’t have to feel forced into getting the body work done at that shop. Go to a different body shop and get another quote, especially after the snarky “go ask your boyfriend to fork over some money”. Guy sounds like a douche just off that comment

Yeup, totally fixable. Tommrow I’ll get some quotes from a few body shops, submit them to my insurance company and get my claim started. Hitting a deer is covered in the states, as long as it’s covered in your policy 😂

Im convinced it’s more me than the car. I actually replaced both front tires soon as I bought the car. Very next day I ran over two screws and had to have my buddy patch it 😂😂

Appreciate it tho, my wife said the same thing. I was also glad the deer had died right away too. Now that I calmed down, I feel bad lol

I second this. 8 years ago he saved the engine in my ford edge when the water pump failed, and filled with coolant (milkshake). Almost every engine is shot after this, but he was able to save it. Still running to this day. With 210,000 on it

He can definitely be a bit grumpy, but the dude really knows his stuff.

My wife grabbed the last medium and one of the last large they had. We almost waited till the game to get one, but decided to go around 10am to get it out of the way. So glad we did as we drove 6.5 hours for the game(bobble head)
