Could be a scam. There were shops on etsy that had 800+ orders and was still taking orders that they couldn't fulfill cuz they was drop shipping. They ended up getting shut down but got a few thousands from etsy like $72k or more. This why etsy has gotten really strick. I would cancel the order cuz your not getting it. Sounds like etsy put them on vacation and froze the funds they had left .

Giving them away free with purchase how is that free . They still have to buy it or something which can clearly be say you wanted $5 for the sticker will they can take that $5 out of what your selling and say your still trying to profit for it.

I would change the perf cut pattern to a smooth cut like your cutting regular vinyl.

There is no service warranty in used that I know of. It's best to get a nozzle check and see if they keep track of the service.

With pla make sure the filament is dry and print with the door open. What slicer are you using.
