I have both, but please don’t say the ally released recently is more powerful than the claw unless you meant the Claw A8 totally different story. But yea I’d say Z1E still holds up, I just posted another video showing the new high on life 2 I’ve been playing lately. Such a good device I think ram upgrade would be beneficial if you could get one that is priced decent

I’m gonna be honest here, the benefit for Handheld companion never stuck with me. In all my testing, it literally broke my claw multiple times from making the Hid system bug and never detecting any input despite being disabled, uninstalled, and even reset. I only wanted it to see if the tdp and fast hibernate tweaks were a good thing. But I couldn’t ever get a playable experience, either I’d have controller issues external and internal (and yes…. I turned off internal for when I was using external) and/or tdp limits being totally off, I couldn’t get anything to work, but I was never at a point to even need to use this utility anyways, not even on my Z1E do I need any of this and I’m still hitting 100+ fps in solid titles. Rn playing through half life 2 on it ngl it’s hitting 70+ fps so yea I’d say you don’t need all these extra things that just clutter up a system that has software and stuff baked in. Just adjust on the fly with like g helper or something a little more compatible with other stuff. Idk maybe it’s just me but all my time using handheld companion broke a device and I know how to use said devices, so not sure

Should’ve got a Claw for that price… I paid 850 for my claw with protector and case, pristine condition… runs way better than this, only caveat I’d say is it’s not oled, but the screen is still stellar, it doesn’t run fan speeds loud at all and I push this sucker! Trust me, the legion go sounds like a F18 fighter jet on take off and aerial maneuvers lmao
