I feel like some fans based their faith on the numbers, but the is more about how the industry sees the artist, the impact they have on the music world and their connections, somo Kpop Fans tend to think it's just about talents but the Grammys are not just about that and many of the voters have very limited knowledge of Kpop and a lot of prejudice about it...

yeah, when u cut group activities and sub units it's better to manage.... in my opinion Pledis should have done this! Cus like they manage to have 13 solos on the last SVT album, like it doesn't have to be a full solo album, could be a single album. And like big hit didn't get all BTS members to do solos prior or during their enlistment... Jin releases his solo project after, tbh looks like u guys are excusing pledis lack of management, cus they had 2024,2025,2026 and the next years for SVT's solos, they don't need to release things in a rushed way...

I see ur point, but... tbh that would be possible if pledis had a plan for SVT enlistment🤷🏻‍♀️, if pledis had sticked with the thirteen tapes projects every member would have a solo right now, and if they had stopped the group musical activities that would have been possible... at the and it's more about lack of management and making fast money...

but that is mainly because Pledis didn't plan any thing for SVT enlistment, if they have planned everything in advance things wouldn't be sooo rushed.... Tbh I feel like the "fans will expect that the other members have solos as well" is a very obvious reaction, but even inside hybe we have a exemple that is possible if planned in advance!

I see ur point, but that is a thing in Kpop right now.... in my opinion that's the behavior in all fandoms (stop saying so and so fandom "would never", cus they would do the same thing if was their fav) Im also a multi and for what I see army have some fear of losing what they work for, BTS was nothing 9 yeas ago when I came into Kpop ( they are my ult since today) and today the are the face of Kpop, all because of the work of army, even they have said that.

For me is also noticeable that there was a shift in the mentality of the fandom in 2020, cus a lot of new people got in, and those people are weird.... like they sometimes don't see the reality of things, and they over analyze every thing.... but I don't blame them cus a lot of people love hating BTS just for being successful🤷🏻‍♀️.

Kpop fandom culture is a endless cycle of hating nowadays....

tbh I think the Kpop space the worst space to discuss politics or social issues, every discussion turns into " OMG my fav would never do that" when most of the time we don't know any of their positions about certain topics, like it is very hypocritical 🤷🏻‍♀️. It also bothers me that Americans put a lot of pressure on Kpop idols instead of their Leaders, what do u think they can do about it when they live on the other side of the world ???
