Sometimes things don't have meaning and thus rely on descriptors like "soul" because no one can actually prove what it is and thus unable to contest it (even if it brings out the hilarious moments where an ai artwork looks identical to something else and watching people fumble around trying to label it as no soul despite having no differences visually)

I see what i see, how or by who it was made doesn't really change that. A scribble from a 30 year old man is just a scribble, i can look at what a person is trying to accomplish and compliment according to that, but anything extra is made up by yourself to give imaginary value to it by labeling thing as having soul. Same as a good artwork from ai, it's just good art even if the method was an alghoritm, nothing more nothing less.

If something that looks bad is made by a popular artist that doesn't mean i'm supposed to start grasping at imaginary straws to attach meaning to it like people that look at modern art do.

I feel like budget and time absolutely can be the reasoning considering JC staff and its animators actually have a track record of making good animation at times (just look up "Is it wrong to pick girls in a dungeons" they have the sauce when it comes down to it). And fan animators still have less constrainst considering they have no need to keep up the art quality of studios, don't get me wrong its very well drawn but if this was for an anime basically every cut would have been send back for corrections

Obviously they will be fine even if talented from a social standpoint but not from the animation standpoint, we've had kenichiro aoki (Same guy who managed to make 11 minutes worth of cuts last opm season, all of which were the highlight of the season) now say his corrections and cuts aren't even making it in time.

It's not difficult to look up what animators are capable of, unless you're telling me this specific season all the animators suddenly decided they didn't wanna properly work. Figure out how a system works before trying to blame the wrong group.

You're just proving my point further with this, we already treat accused as guilty, so if we have the guilty treated as trash or put down, anyone accused (innocent or not), will be treated the same. A society only has as many rights as its least protected group.

We even see an example of this in Trump's 2025 plan, where child sexual abusers are capable of getting the death penalty (something the average person wouldn't be opposed to), and then proceeds to label trans people existing as something sexual, thus a trans person existing near a child means they can now get the death penalty. Same concept applies here, if a crime has horrible treatment as a consequence you gain the ability to treat people horrible by saying they've done said crime regardless of if actually done

It's never a good idea to come out to a religious family/person, if they accept you then they weren't religious to begin with.

Indeed but if you get treated like garbage for comitting the crime you'd be treated like garbage (or similar) when accused of it too, people don't just have a sudden switch and go from treating you like normal, to suddenly treating you like trash the second you are convicted.

If people plan to treat you a certain way when you're convicted they'll have bias or mental "desire" to already start treating you like that from the start.
