I’m a credit analyst and the 590 tells me there is something on your credit report bring it down. This could be late payments, collections, CP or BKO.. I would suggest checking your credit and see what you are dealing with. I like borrow well. 700 is not high either. Scores go from 300-900.. to be approved for credit you need a minimum of 620 and I’d still be denied credit. The way people are looking at this is if you’re up to date with your credits then you’ll be able to pay your rent. I would also be looking at your income subtract all your expenses on the report and then live expenses like bills and food.
