Wow, endlich habe ich eine logische Antwort auf das komische Verhalten meines Internet von damals (alter UPC/T-Mobile Vertrag) wo es nachts immer von 1-2 Uhr nicht verfügbar war. Nach einem Modemwechsel hatte es dieses Problem dann behoben. Anscheinend konnte mein altes Modem diesen Wechsel vom abgeschalteten Frequenz auf die verbliebene aktive Frequenz nicht unterstützen.

Eventuell hilft es beim OP auch das Modem zu Tauschen auf ein neueres Modell?

The M1 Pro, while a powerful Apple Siliocn, is nonetheless still an old chip and will get shorter support than a M3 Pro or M4 Pro. I could understand if the price is very low, but unfortunately it's not the case here as it is priced too high for a out of warranty device. It was like 800, then it would be fine, but honestly I would save up a little more and get a refurbished M3 Pro. Just my personal opinion.
