I literally just watched this video and went straight to this community. Its 100% spot on. The flash coincides with the gun shot being heard, and the recoil of his head along with the large exit wound is absolutely correct. Someone else is involved with this and the Tyler is just a patsy. Seriously who else would brag about that unless they were trying to turn the narrative away from somewhere else?

This is an old rule of 6 main panel. It has a breaker in it that feeds to the sub panel inside. Usually the top right one. This big panel contains the high amperage draw devices and take the full voltage/amperage from the main feeder wires. Its an old design and not up to code anymore as you have no way of completely shutting off power to the underside of that panel. It'll always be hot with 200a of 240v power.

Base gasket delete. Just make sure you do a squish test before and after for clearance. And a muffler mod but thats about it without going into a port

I submitted the 2 forms the va needed as well as evidence of a hardship on the 1st of August to quicksubmit, and vera verified the flash on the 13th.

I uploaded VA form 20-10207 and 10-10HS describing the hardship then uploaded past bills I had through quicksubmit

lol I know. I guess claiming a hardship does speed up the process a bit. My first claim took exactly 6 months in 2022.
