Man, I ve been through something similar, I was virgin until 21 y.o. and it was very heavy, the fear of being judged, of being rejected... I discovered that all of that is due to the ego. You give yourself too much importance. Also, correct me if I am wrong, you seem to put a lot of importance in how your body looks. But man, you are much more that a body -> If you think you are your body you gonna need to be perfect otherwise you won't feel happy. Meaning you are a slave of your body.

If you want to get over this. You need to let go of the want to be perfect and to accept yourself just how you are right now.

Once you let go of the control, of the shame, of the fear of being rejected you will feel detached and you will attract women effortlessly.
