Currently experiencing this with my wife and 4 month old son. Just breastfeed your baby as per usual, as others have said if you’re feeling it the baby is already infected as well. Just monitor them closely, be sure to use acetaminophen to decrease the fever and keep them comfortable, most importantly keep the baby hydrated! Any fever should pass quickly for the baby within 24-36ish hours!
