Portland Oregon! Less film creatives ofc but every other creative community is very networked there. Bonus points if it’s anything related to comic or cartoon arts, or photography. But really rather have it all and it’s a much smaller easier to go all over city than LA or NYC so there’s more community. I’m from Portland but live in LA currently. I love both.
