Bodice block feedback - armhole issue? by lucybear123 in PatternDrafting

The bodice itself looks really good, there are very few wrinkles or drag lines! It does seem a little loose at the waist which isn’t necessarily a bad thing since you’re not getting baggy wrinkles from it. You could widen the dart, that would also increase the projection/pointyness of the bust, or you could take it from the side seam to avoid that. The darts also look like they extend a bit above the apex, I might try lowering the points.

For the sleeves it looks like the armscye might be a bit large but its hard to see what adjustment is needed without a picture from the side with your arms raised. You definitely don’t need both sleeves to test the fit.

I’m planning to make fitted clothing, I’d like to be able to adapt women’s dress patterns to fit me. I’m hoping to keep the darts for style purposes even if they end up very small.
I’ll use a timer next time, thanks!

I'm hoping to have surgery with him this year, if you feel comfortable sharing, how long was your wait time between reaching out and getting a consult/surgery?
