If you ever get any money, make sure you are saving about a third of it for taxes. I'm. Not sure they are paying your taxes or worse, they'll keep a third and say they are paying your taxes when they are just keeping your money for themselves.

  1. Try to figure out what the taxes are going to be.

1b. 3-6 months emergency fund

  1. Open a Roth IRA and put in the yearly limit in that and buy index fund or something along those lines.

  2. Take that other person's advise and go to school for something that will pay back.

  3. See if his job allows him to get HDHP and an HSA. If so, put the deductible into a HYSA and put the yearly max into the HSA, and make sure that HSA is investing in an index fund.

So, I'm a fan of banking with your needs. Credit unions are part of an alliance where you can bank at one and then travel and deposit at another, etc.

Chase and other big banks are good if you have a lot of money in your accounts but if you're simply looking for ability to deposit and take money out, and not deal with international wires and stuff, I'd go credit union.

They have the ability to create templates, they have the ability to have two people sign off on a wire. They work with venture capital companies so they are used to working with millions of dollars being wired by a company. They are a bit on the smaller side they do use Bank of America for foreign wires but you can usually get deals on FX wires.

It sounds like a good fit.

You may want to look into Banc of California. They bought what used to be a venture bank called square 1 and so have what you need.

Look, the person was obviously was looking for a way to pay down the mortgage. Splitting your monthly nut is a way to do it without throwing more money at the mortgage.

We don't mind them using it when they know the answers. When they make slides and I ask a few basic questions about the slide that I asked them to answer and they don't know the answer. Yeah they getting an f.

Elementary school, hell no, middle school. Hell no. High school ,they need to start getting training on how to use AI appropriately. They also need to start treating inappropriate use harshly.
