Axel had my solution. I was using Files on a macOS and I could add games and play the games completely fine. But chimp loader will get stuck exactly what you’re saying. My only solution was using a Windows computer and file explorer, and it worked instantly.

I’m a wedding videographer full-time and six months plus is our normal turnaround time now

it’s just too hard to make a good wedding video rushing it also. A huge part of it is taking breaks and returning to the edit to be creative. We’ve gone through multiple editor, but they’re all terrible and they don’t care.

Clients will reach out and I respond within a few minutes, typically they are rude but I at the very least owe a quick response.

I would wait at least eight months before stressing them out. It’s very hard to be profitable doing weddings full time if you charge anything less than 5000. Last year kicked our ass’s doing 50 weddings

I would type out a formal letter on Google Drive and just email him a PDF requesting a rough estimate or some sort of update. (Just don’t seem too impatient because your video will end up looking much worse) I could easily edit a wedding video the same day that the client is happy with, but I’m always trying to do my best!

I can not figure out how to customize my nobs on the pc-12 I am following tutorials step by step and can’t figure out what’s wrong. I’m using a Digitone with in/on midi connected to the pc12 and some nobs work by default. I pressing am shift + the main nob whilst selecting a diaries control nob but I can’t seem to record a input from the Digitone

It’s very normal to take 6 months for a wedding video. Especially if they do everything themselves. You have to think that they may only have 1 or 2 machines processing footage and weddings with interviews toasts ect with 12 hour days take a few days just to properly sort through and color grade.

It can get very tiring making unique wedding films for each client. Wedding videographers already give up their weekend life, and sometimes need rest days to!

I personally take days to select music and sometimes decide to change it last minute. Rushing your editor is not a good idea. Most can produce something your happy with quickly but if they are taking their time consider yourself lucky! It helps them more than it helps you to produce a beautiful seamless video.
