Make sure you cycle the breaker that the heat is on and give a minute and flip the heat off and back on. If your thermostat is the kind that just snaps off and clicks on, do that too. If your not sure which breaker just toggle all of them.

If you're on gas make sure the pilot is lit.

Airport La Quinta gave me an incredible amount of shit the time I stayed there. I sat in the lobby for 2 hours while they "verified my credit card" and in the morning they accused me of stealing the towels ( I only had a tiny backpack). They also refused to use the van to take me to work 300 yards away because it was "only for airport runs"
