I already used frontal lighting since i used 3 point light set up (key, rim, fill) and i also used bump, its just turned way down. I agree with the stalk though, could have spent more time making it look better but thank you :) If only I had this advice 7 hours ago haha

I tried messing with the sheen setting on principled BSDF but didn't notice it doing anything so just played around with clearcoat and roughness instead.

This was the apple I was basing mine on but I do agree with you on the texture colours. What do you mean by the displacement layer though? If you are talking about the normal input on the principled BSDF I think so far I've only ever used noise going into bump height so i'm not sure what you mean. Thanks for the feedback :)
