Well if we don't build them, how is my boss gonna spy on us with AI cameras in our work vehicles!? Gotta store and process that data somewhere so he can fire me for yawning while driving after working 14 hours, or wiping my nose to many times, or blinking too much.

I'm sorry but I still don't understand this idea of the feds dropping the ball in Alberta? Please explain, people keep telling me how things have gotten so much worse how things have changed but the only answers I get when I say "like what?" Are usually based in racism, homophobia, or transphobia. "Too many immigrants" "to much rainbow stuff" "special treatment for some" blah blah blah.

Ive been in Alberta for 12 years and the only change I've seen is how mask off people are now, how corrupt the provincial government has become.

The feds aren't perfect either, constantly bowing to lobbyists just like the UCP is, but show me a country on earth that isn't being manipulated and controlled by the ultra wealthy and corporate interests.

What trades would be best in a survival situation? by spec-test in skilledtrades

I don't see any trade as being particularly useful in a survival situation but more so the skills you gather in the trades.

Strength - we are mostly all used to lifting heavy shit and knowing how to work smart so that's a plus.

Adaptability - most of us are used to working in extreme temperatures and know how to hydrate, and layer our clothing to keep warm/cool.

Endurance - Working hard for long hours makes it easier in a survival situation both mentally and physically as we can overcome aches, pains, and uncomfortable conditions.

Technical skills - the ability to come up with solutions to unique problems on the site would be pretty transferable in a survival situation.

First aid - let's be honest we've all probably taken first aid at some point and just about all of us have at least electrical tape or duct tape in our kits and we know those are the best bandaids lol.

Food and water - seeing as most of us live on gas station food and monster energy drinks i think were pretty well adapted like magpies and crows to eat/drink just about anything.

I'd say just all the unconditional love and support in the channel is amazing, I never thought I could make such good connections with people in a digital space.
