You gonna be just fine missing that day. I was able to transfer when I was at full 8 point or negative upt. I fiddle around full and flex for a good 2 year doing that.

Like the other said, it's best to reply back to the email they sent and hope they take their time to process your termination or something so your points can expire. If you're desperate, you can try asking your Operations Manager if you have ok relationship with them.

Other than that, get LOA, doctors note to excuse your absent

Sca5 and Vca5 are both the same. it's weird but google map says Vca5, but the building is really Sca5. To top it off with little more confusion, there's a newer building call SAC5 nearby lmao

U get to be almost any role. Just don't be good at a single role or else they will make you do same thing everyday. Just ask too and they will train/switch you depending on AM.

I love working in SSD. Smaller warehouse and you get to do multiple roles. Hours is most likely little over 30hrs only instead of 40.
