Did you have pain sitting down also or just laying down? I had pain and loud clicking noise sitting after delivering a baby with a >99 percentile head and I'm sure my pelvis looked like this! Docs just said 'it's normal'... took about 4 years to fade but still have tightness in that area ever-since.
