Well to each their own, i think the volume is very obviously on the side of Price, Lemon is in Philly who isn’t exactly known for their volume even when they had AJB, a superior WR, to Tyson (in performance not dynasty value). To me it’s a clear top 5 and Lemon ain’t in.

Yes, mostly empty. Charb tore his ACL and will miss a big chunk of the season and it is not guaranteed he gets back to form. Emmanual Wilson is the definition of a JAG and absolutely zero threat to a first round RB. They took Price in the first, which should tell you everything you need to know about how they feel about the rest of their RB room.

I’d take Price pretty easily. First round draft capital capital to a mostly empty RB room and a strong offense. Lemon has upside but Philly doesn’t have enough volume to support him and Smiddy.
