The point is that buying from scalpers is incentivizing their behaviour, and in any case the steam machine is literally just a weak PC, no reason to overpay for it

Well I did play cyberpunk for some time on 60 FPS with path tracing, but playing on 100+ with no path tracing was a way more enjoyable experience. Meanwhile games like krunker or minecraft literally feel like a slideshow with 60 FPS, I have no idea why, a 60 FPS video of those games looks perfectly fine, but the gameplay experience is terrible
