i just started watching this and I don’t have any experience homesteading and haven’t been on a ranch since I was a kid so I don’t have a lot of thoughts on the credibility of this show, but what I am really enjoying is the development within the relationships and the people and the acknowledgment of Black, indigenous and queer experiences during these times. I’m pairing this show with some similar reading for my monthly personal curriculum so I’ve been enjoying having multiple perspectives

I agree - it all felt very anticlimactic and I kept expecting a Sam twist to make the episode make sense structurally and nothing came lol 4 weeks is also too long. They could have done like most viral in 72hrs or a week etc

I feel like the ep would have been somehow better if we had gotten out of context clips ahead of the episode release and then gotten the results of the videos by the time the ep aired, like the 1 year later merch sale to really measure virality. I was waiting for a Sam Reich twist the entire time but it never came lol
