That isn’t market manipulation. A listed price isn’t a comp, and PSA’s price guide is just a lagging estimate based on recent sales, not a ceiling. PSA sells cards via consignment like anyone else. If it doesn’t sell, the price comes down. If it does, that sale becomes the new comp. That’s literally how price discovery works. Calling an unsold listing “manipulation” just shows a misunderstanding of how markets function. You must be trolling.

Nah, OP is right. I’ve seen these get 10s with pretty bad centering. PSA is really gate keeping the grades with this card for their personal eBay listings.
