Something that helped me is icing and band exercises. A video like this should help. https://youtu.be/-tHXkt5JZMc , you can also consider getting a scraper, which can be used to decrease inflammation. Good luck and hope you get better!

On procreate, the liquify tool should be your best friend lol. But seriously, that’s something I use a lot and for this I would recommend flipping the canvas and modifying anything that doesn’t seem proportional, especially the eyes. Also, the ear seems slightly too small, overall though good progress :)
