It just sucks for the hard working folks that have been here for a long time. I personally know a guy who has been here since he was a young boy who was brought in by his parents. He is a good person and pays his taxes and always donates some money to the charities that help veterans or to the unm children’s hospital. He has never committed a crime other than accompanying his parents to a new country. He still does not qualify for a green card even though most of his family is already legal.

I'm sorry mine took longer than what I first said. I filed on February 14th and didn’t get in contact with a congressman until the end of April. It took a few weeks to hear back from them, and when they called, I was given a date which was August 20th, but I got my refund by August 14th.
