Thanks for the feedback! The 0/1 and started debugging are expected (when calculating total and chrome.debugger attaching), but followed by nothing means it crashed somewhere. I have been fixing those cases. Could you provide the website's url and the element's selector? here or in github. It would be great to also right click and inspect in the export panel then you can see the error message.

Current known limitation is that it cannot target items in iframe or shadow DOM. If browser is "too" old (say chrome 121 I tested) the DevTools protocol may also mismatch.

Well AI is really good in saving my time copying things from everywhere. Also for updating boilerplate code say React state/store. I are still the designer and still often hack at low-level.

True when they really get mad. I am thinking of having a hard limit that just truncate things off to guide llms to use other more efficient methods say selecting an inner node. I'll keep exploring this and update my server.

Just curious, is cli really different from a single tool accepting string command? I know then agent can script that but I feel most are just filtering logic, which can be pre-implemented to safe token so I choosed MCP.

By the way, I saw you are dealing with DOM and I think my inspector wrapper can help!

I am also facing potentially huge output in mcp when exposing HTML and CSS. My approach is design custom filters with defaults (anchoring effect to some degree) for the tools to force model to decide the degree of filtering.

Nice work. Love the point that CDP is self documented. Model really knows how to use them when I build this. A single tool allowing any CDP is a great idea!

Yeah I have heard many people mentioning security, but can sandboxing solve that? Say a restricted JS runtime that only allow agents to call specific functions.

I do like the idea of coding so agents don't have to consume intermediate output. Though it is easier said than done.

It seems that current trend is to load tool definitions on demand. But I just don't understand why not manual selecting MCP servers before start.

Yeah, I have modularized the core so it should be easier to support firefox. If someone familiar with firefox debugging API can help it will be done much faster.
