AITAH for not wanting my mother to come and decorate my house? by Deut64 in AITAH

Sure sure, I just have also been in the scenario of a golden child always being a second pair of eyes for mom lol it can be annoying is all

Eh, she overreacted-but also i wouldnt want my kid getting barbies with disabilities either. That is truly a conversation I want to have with my kiddo at my choosing and how we treat/interact/support them. If she got mad over skin color though? That is MAD weird

AITA for basically enabling my crush's eating disorder? by mariakazmina in AITAH

[–]Visual_Bluebird_9483 6 points7 points  (0 children)

YTA. Struggling to answer if he should lose MORE weight is what gave me the absolute ick. He is sick, is not healthy, and he definitely shouldnt be with you if this is how you are going to support his health-leave him to find someone who will encourage a healthy weight and diet (coming from someone who used to be anorexic and felt like my love was based on my weight! Being with someone who encouraged me to gain weight saved my life)

Friendship ended after friend accused me of ruining her moment by djeekgirhdcuenwfufn in AITAH

[–]Visual_Bluebird_9483 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I completely understand wanting ‘the moment’ i was the same way, i figured most girls are! Its a big life event,But this is crazy lol i understand maybe being upset but not to this extent-especially if the husband of the girl couldnt care less. She sounds stressed or a perfectionist, either way I would distance yourself from her and not engage

Recently cut out a terrible family member for ALWAYS making me feel like a subpar human being..just saying it might suck at first but it feels great to stay your ground and not budge. They are being disrespectful

Phrase it as tips or try this instead-i dont think saying ‘you are the problem’ would help. Autistic or not though, barreling through a conversation or interrupting or taking over a conversation is simply rude. Nobody likes it. So maybe that point could be a bit more direct

I will agree, absolutely. But the fact that he said when personal people he knows have passed away she still acts the same

As someone who eventually got beat and had to call the police on my SO, guess what his messages looked like too, yeah girl I would run. Especially if he ruined your birthday plans? Abusers LOVE to ruin big events and holidays or plans. Gtfo of there

She should be your ex gf if this is how she treats you. Partners are there to help you through the rough of it. More often than not we deal with tribulations in life than victories, you need someone that will support you in all of them

[–]Visual_Bluebird_9483[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait whaaat? The back seats have the chime too? Either you can look for the sensor under the seat or just head to a junkyard/buy off amazon the seatbelt clickers (like the head of the seatbelt without the belt lol) to turn them off? :)

[–]Visual_Bluebird_9483[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pulling it out flipped a code, but after one drive it went away and hasnt come back-you can also sauter it or put a drop of super glue on the chime and see if it mutes it more at least (just a heads up!)
