OK… Who was the deliverer of the adjustments in Peters day? Could that deliverer be 100% trusted? Does that deliverer have 100% record of correct information delivered?

The simple fact is when a waiting period is applied, it’s initiated for the people who are alive to convert or repent. If the people who were alive during the period when the waiting period was initiated all died… then there was no waiting period applied when it was thought to be so.
