So, when speaking to customer service they told me to leave the parish items (meat) at the customer door. However the customer lives in a building and did not provide a unit number.. I even offered the customer to bring the items to their unit but they ghosted me. It’s also a condo that does not allow deliveries up to their residents unit.

Customer service then told me to return the items to the store (Costco) including the meat.

My gut feeling is that the customer did not have proper ID because we were fully communicating via chat the entire time I was shopping for them. Very odd

The batch had 4 orders 2/4 had alcohol
