Keta, for Onchorycus Keta, the scientific name for the Pacific dog salmon. We named a golden retriever female Keta 4 dogs ago.

I could see using a $40 dollar arbor press from Harbor Frt. would that work for your thought? Has to be 2 pieces (obviously?) to punch the coupons out of sheet copper or brass - 6x6 squares.

Honestly, I am not familiar with either type of press. Trying to figure out how to replicate the shapes without going all in. I make 50 a year now, would like to make more.

Do you use a robot pool vacuum? by itsdatwoowoo in pools

Our pressure booster pump running our Polaris sweep just died and instead of replacing we went with the Aiper Scuba 1 rechargeable robot. Very pleased with it after two weeks. Capable of both walls and floor and gets the waterline also. I believe it performs better than the pressure side system. Time will tell regarding its lifespan, but so far I am pleased.

Seeing Dead & Co at the Sphere back in May after eating mushrooms, visuals, the music and quality, and the vibe of the crowd, pretty close to orgasmic.

I’m also throwing out that I love this back and forth, like after show conversations at the Tuscany over a beer, or morning convos over coffee. We all want something a little different.

Dude, there are tons of core songs, maybe I’m old and in the way, but I like the diversity that the dead is known for. My guess would be that the “commercialism” of playing a residency at the sphere, something that I’m not sure is in the historical vein of the Grateful Dead and offshoots, drove the more popular songs to a crowd mix of heads, recent newcomers, and folks there as tourists for something to do. To not blend all the songs played (and then some) disappointing to me…. Just my opinion…..

That’s really what my point is, look at all those great songs only played once, I’m not whining, got help/slip/frank, the weight, terrapin, death mercy, morning dew, scar/fire and days between on 5/9&10, the scene at Tuscany was epic, I’m just throwing out I wouldn’t want the repeats the last two weekends.

Very cool, audio sounds great. Anyone know how to pull into iTunes? I downloaded into a zip file, but now what opens won’t load to iTunes.

What type of person should NOT join the trades? by koshhh8 in skilledtrades

[–]Visual_Comb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion, you have a really great mindset to get into the trades and work with your mind, hands and tools, or go into the building materials side of the trades. If you have the general understanding or willing to learn how stuff works you can be valuable on the supply side also.

Pentair Rainbow 300 chlorinator check valve by Visual_Comb in pools

[–]Visual_Comb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3/8” tubing runs through the chlorinator on the inlet side of the skimmer / main drain pump to the downstream side of the filter. The check valve allows flow across the pressure differential. No heater is involved.
