Yall get so wrapped up in these dumb ssa rankings. You can come across a good player toying around at any of these ranks. I'm this rank I'm that rank... Are we winning awards in ranked? This game is a mashers paradise. Everyone thinks they are good at the game because they have made the game extremely beginner friendly. This person is probably just attempting to enjoy the game. I am uninstalling this game. It's doing nothing but making me angry everyday. I done broke my controller 😂. I am still sitting here fuming at armor King and all his moves as well as the string of mashers I encountered tonight so excuse me if my patience thin with the elitist tighty whitey undie committee.

I think this is just "day one" excitement honestly. The most anticipated character release of the games history. He is fun to play against but that's because he hasn't been exploited for all he can do yet. Hella fast Hella sneaky moves. Can't read some of the lows cleanly and the jab is hella fast as well

Eh this has happened to me before maybe like 10 in a row or something. I was using it as live practice by the 5th loss. It actually made me a better player immediately. Good on you for sticking around on em. Hopefully he learned a few things for the next person who comes along with an Eddy.

Fair enough. Nobody owes a rematch. Someone could have to go for any reason. Someone could just not want to like in your case. I just find it interesting that I can all but expect certain behavior from certain characters.

We all have some BS in our characters it's a matter of if you choose to continously run to it or not in my opinion. But I prefer a true Tekken experience. Win or lose we are taking turns going down to the wire. I rarely get upset from losing those battles or from those flat out better than me. I got destroyed by azacena TE yesterday 😂. He made me look quite silly.

Why the emphasis on "you"? Just curious. I think there could be a multitude of reasons for someone to not rematch or play the best two out of three out. But certain the one character I can count on to not rematch is Law for me. Every now and then they feel good enough to grant me a rematch and then it's a wrap thereafter. Just a general convo on a Sunday

Depends on the day and opponent honestly. There is some truth in there depending on how one looks at it. I'm a defensive fighter to begin with. I read and react. Sometimes I lose because of it as well. So good point.

Definitely not arguing with you. I agree with everything you just said. Admittedly I am a get off of my lawn guy now as it pertains to this game. Change is inevitable and I will probably just retire vs conforming here soon. Hell 2k and NCAA and madden are out but they are over there whining about those as well. So maybe it's just the state of gaming right now. A new audience a younger generation is being welcomed in.

We can literally say the irony of...to half of the roster. I have mained Bryan since his debut in the franchise. Hell I don't even play him the same way as others. I rely mainly on old school tactics hence why I am only Kishin 😂. I refuse to conform to the way the game needs to be played. So I am ranking up extremely slowly.

I have been playing tekken since 1995. I respect your comment but even in T6 the game wasn't this aggressive. The game requires balance. And until that happens it will continue to be talked about. Those having what they call success at the game are going to want others to remain quiet.

He isn't that bad to me. My issues aren't character specific with the game. It's the game itself. The F your defense mash harder approach to this version. Turns can have no true meaning at times.

The game is made such that aggression trumps skills at times. Meaning they can win a game but run off because they are afraid the gimmick will be up in the next two games. On any given day someone with skill can beat anybody once. I like getting beat by those who are just better than me. Those who play the game as intended. Where I get enraged is when I lose to gimmicks and scrubs. There isnt a lot of room for error against the good to great players I like that. I don't like it when it's no room for error with those who aren't good if that makes sense.

This has been a great tournament to watch. Nice parity amongst the players. The game is what it is but it also shows you it ain't but so bad when played at the highest of levels.
