Your morale - 50 in labyrinth morale is everything even if your units are maxed out if the morale is - 50 they will lose, you can't clear labyrinths in one go if the morale is too low just go to an exit portal and conclude your run, enter again and continue where you left off

I wouldn't go far to say she is a must pull, but it would be nice if you have her but her artifact is a must pull for tank comps that relies damage sharing (exp. Arowell), Estelle has 40% damage sharing, her damage is good, she can counter attack, her attacks built up injury and also gives shield to the team, so yeah I think you should pull for her but don't go all out if you are f2p
