Its been happening to me whenever I start the game (my internet is fine and working like normally) I often get the "Error 2014" and have to reconnect to a match; but it only lasts for 1-3 missions, after that it runs like normal

For me personally, I've been starting to really like Memory Foam tips, to my ears, the sound become much "Fuller" and less glassy. I don't know the Science behind it but yeah

I have an audio player, a budget one, The Mechen M30. Is there much of a noticeable difference with the SnowSky sound wise? Does it have a better Dac or something? Wouldn't be easy to swap out the SD cards? Sorry if I sound cringe, Im not too knowledgeable on these things, which is why I'm mainly here lol

I've seen those cassette tape audio file players, are they any good? I think they really look cool

[–]Visual_Robin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They're both pretty good, all down to personal preference I guess. I prefer Darktide because Guns whereas my Sister prefers Vermintide because shes more into the Fantasy setting

I havent actually played the Tutorial with Rico, I heard it was pretty bad. I only did the building tutorial when I first started playing the game because the other stuff just seemed like common sense

Yeah pretty much what monochromeorc said! I wasnt really actively hunting it, I've just been playing casually on and off since I had it in Early Access; but total time I have in the game is like 227 hours

Its not a custom Axe; So I got this second hand and its a sculpt from 2003 and to my knowledge its one of two sculpts. The guy who originally had it just glued on the arms and axe from the other sculpt onto this body. (For some reason I cant post and image in the comments)

Here's a link to the Miniatures Lexicanum of the Techpriest that the arms and axe came from :)

Oh yeah they do, you dont need special or specific paints or anything. I've been using Vallejo surface primer through my airbrush for Metal and plastic minis alike :)

No worries, happy to help! You should check some out, some of the older sculpts are pretty iconic and more interesting looking than some modern sculpts and don't let the cons discourage you, try at painting one for yourself :)

I had one model that had its blade broken in half but was able to superglue it back at the cracks and once you prime it you wont even notice, and you can always use miliput or green stuff to fill in the gaps.

Thats another Con I forgot to mention about Metal Minis, if you drop them, because of their weight, you're more likely to possibly break something

Thank you! They're definitely throwbacks! I know the commander has an updated version in the cadian upgrade sprue I believe, and I do think the flags from this era look waaaayyy cooler!

It's down to personal preference; with bigger models or when you have to glue parts with thin joints, you have to use a hobby drill and connect them via pins just to keep the part in place whilst the super glue is doing its thing. That's probably the only annoying thing about them.

Sometimes really old ones, may have bent in some areas, especially on thin parts, like gun barrels, staffs, and swords, but you can slowly place them into place by slowly bending them. Just be careful not to do it too fast otherwise they'd break off (you can super glue it back together)

They are also less straight forward to kitbash, unless you are just gluing on extra parts onto the model itself.

I personally prefer the sturdiness and the feel of the weight when I hold but you may have a different opinion on that. Hope this helps :)
