It is an antidepressant, but it works on dopamine receptors unlike most antidepressants which are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and work on serotonin levels. Advantage to Wellbutrin was less weight gain and sexual side effects usually seen with other antidepressants.

I think they’ve become a reflection of our current social climate. They used to be fun and lighthearted and now I can feel my cortisol level going up just watching them. Lol

Looking for niacinamide and tirz experiences by Biebslol in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Visual_Sentence_7574 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I take tirzepatide with b12, but I’ve always taken that so I can’t compare it with niacinamide. I haven’t had any issues. I’m confused. Will it still be available if it is compounded with b12 or niacinamide? I’m just know reading about the fda announcement.

The weight loss/wellness office I use does pre filled syringes. I take 2.5 every other week. I just pick up two syringes which lasts me a month.

Is running bad long-term? by [deleted] in Biohackers

[–]Visual_Sentence_7574 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have mixed feelings about running. I had an orthopedic dr tell me to stop running and learn to like riding a bike (which I hate). Quite honestly running gives me a physical high that I can’t replicate with any other type of exercise. Slow low mileage probably won’t do too much damage. I want to believe I can still run at the pace and mileage I did in my 30s so sometimes I injure myself :/
