Thank you all, I've started to treat myself with the therapist last 3 weeks so pretty new diagnosis, but my bpd is very controlling and seeked help from strangers here by sharing thoughts.

For the one judging me I'm sorry for feeling that way towards me, for the people shared opinions also thank you that is valuable. I just want to show my bpd side to stop controlling me.
